The Advantage Of Ocean Shipping in International Freight Forwarding

Foreign trade relies heavily on international freight forwarding in the shipping industry, making it crucial to conduct a thorough evaluation of this field. One of the key aspects to consider is the legitimacy of the international freight forwarding company, which should possess a valid business license. The significance of this is indisputable for foreign trade companies. Engaging in conversations with the international freight forwarding salesperson can also provide valuable insights, as they will readily offer the desired information without hesitation. By establishing a strong rapport, one can cultivate a trustworthy relationship where deception is unlikely. Furthermore, in times of trouble, an international freight forwarder can offer valuable assistance.

The use of sea international freight forwarding is gaining popularity due to its affordability and suitability for handling large volumes of cargo. However, the coastal railway freight transportation industry in my country is plagued with high risk, complexity, wide coverage, and numerous stakeholders leading to a plethora of economic and legal challenges during land and sea transportation. It is, therefore, vital to differentiate the trade rights and obligations of the carrier, shipper, and consignee in international freight forwarding, to avoid costly trade risks, ensure safe transportation, and maintain transaction order. This understanding has significant guidance on the effective management of international freight forwarding trade, ensuring its safety, and promoting seamless trade.

According to the prevailing laws in my country and major international maritime transport regulations, it is considered fraudulent when an international freight forwarder releases the seller's undocumented bill of lading cargo for shipment and delivery to the buyer. In this regard, it is crucial that the carrier's bill of lading is properly delivered to the intended recipient in Hong Kong as per the specified destination. Furthermore, it is important to note that the non-original express bill of lading should be handed over directly to the person holding the bill of lading, in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Counterfeit goods have become a widespread problem in my country's export industry, causing significant damage to renowned brands. Even the most established enterprises are not immune to the threat of fake products, which have been flooding the market for years.

Yearly, the Maritime Administrative Court deals with countless counterfeit goods cases, with hundreds of thousands of products being seized. The resulting losses in revenue and reputation for the export enterprises involved are simply staggering.

It is clear that counterfeit operations are becoming more sophisticated, and traditional measures to prevent them are no longer enough. We need to work together to find new ways to combat these illegal activities, protecting both consumers and legitimate businesses.
